Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Scent Obsessed we are committed to delivering your signature fragrances in the safest and most efficient manner. Each bottle is hand-inspected and securely packaged to ensure it reaches you in pristine condition.
1. Order processing & dispatch
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays. You will receive an email and SMS notification once your order is confirmed, and again when it is handed to our delivery partners (Shiprocket / Blue Dart / Delhivery).
2. Estimated delivery timelines
Due to safety regulations, perfumes are usually transported by surface shipping.

3. Shipping charges
A flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹499. Shipping is free on all orders above ₹499.
4. Real-time tracking
Once dispatched you will receive a unique tracking ID. You can track your package through our website or the courier partner's tracking portal.
5. Packaging & handling
Your fragrance is housed in high-quality glass. To prevent damage, every bottle is encased in shock-absorbent padding, packages are sealed with tamper-evident tape, and outer boxes are marked "Fragile: Handle with Care".
6. Damaged or missing shipments
Mandatory unboxing video. To claim a replacement for a broken or leaking bottle, we require a continuous, unedited unboxing video showing the package being opened for the first time.
Report any damage or discrepancy within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp on 78149 30720 or by email to info@scentobsessed.in.
7. Delivery attempts & RTO
Our courier partners make up to three delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful after three attempts the package is Returned to Origin (RTO). Re-shipping charges may apply for orders returned due to an incorrect address or unavailability.
8. Cash on Delivery
COD is available for most PIN codes across India. A nominal COD handling fee of ₹49 may be charged at checkout to cover additional processing costs.
Refunds & Returns Policy
Thank you for choosing Scent Obsessed. We take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our fragrances. Because our products are personal care items, our return policy is designed to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all our customers.
1. Returns & exchanges
- Unopened products: returns or exchanges are accepted only for products in their original, unopened and sealed packaging within 7 days of delivery.
- Opened products: due to the nature of fragrances and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for bottles that have been opened, sprayed, or had the cellophane seal removed.
- Discovery sets: discovery and sample sets are final sale and cannot be returned.
2. Damaged or wrong items
If you receive a bottle that is broken or leaking, or the wrong fragrance:
- Mandatory unboxing video — a continuous video showing the package being opened for the first time is required to process a damage claim.
- Timeline — report the issue within 24 hours of delivery to info@scentobsessed.in or WhatsApp 78149 30720.
- Resolution — once verified, we provide a free replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
3. Refunds
Once your unopened return is received and inspected we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued as store credit or by bank transfer to an account you provide.
4. Return shipping costs
If the return is due to a mistake on our part (damaged or wrong item), Scent Obsessed bears the return shipping cost. For change-of-mind returns of unopened items, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel your order as long as it has not yet been dispatched. Once the order is with our delivery partner (Shiprocket / Blue Dart) it cannot be cancelled.

By placing an order on scentobsessed.in you agree to these terms.
Orders and pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel and fully refund any order affected by such an error.
Accuracy of information
You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and contact number. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details, and re-shipping charges may apply.
Promotional codes
Promotional codes are single-use unless expressly stated otherwise, cannot be combined with other offers, hold no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time.
Loyalty programme
Each completed order adds 10ml to your Loyalty Vessel. A referral adds a further 10ml once the referred customer completes their first order. At 100ml you may claim one complimentary flacon. Vessel volume has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may be modified or discontinued with notice.
Product use
Fragrance is for external use only. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Keep away from eyes, direct sunlight and children. If you have sensitive skin, patch-test on the inner wrist before fuller wear.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Ludhiana, Punjab.
Privacy Policy
What we collect
We collect only what is required to fulfil your order: your name, email address, phone number and delivery address. If you sign in with Google we receive your name and email address from Google. If you use the offer wheel we store the phone number you submit.
Payments
Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. Your card, UPI and banking details are entered on Cashfree's secure systems. We never see or store your full payment credentials.
Who we share with
We share your delivery details with Shiprocket and its courier partners (Blue Dart, Delhivery) solely to deliver your order, and with Cashfree solely to process payment. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data.
Cookies
We use essential cookies and local storage to keep your cart and session working. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, a correction, or full deletion at any time by emailing info@scentobsessed.in. We respond within 30 days. Order records required for tax and accounting purposes are retained as required by Indian law.
Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with our infrastructure providers under access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
